Key Dates

​​1st - 4th June: information leaflet sent to residents closest to the park including parking permits for those in affected roads.

1st June: advanced notice posters and leaflets are delivered to local businesses.

2nd June: event site build begins.

2nd June: temporary gate 7a open for access to park from Grand Lodge corner.

3rd June: steel shield perimeter fencing installed around Papal Field.

11th June: last date visitor permits can be requested for delivery by post (can be collected after this date).

18th June: temporary access gate 7a closes.

20th - 21st June: Parklife Festival show days.

22nd June: temporary gate 7a reopens.

2nd July: event site cleared and all areas of park reopen.
