​There are residents living near Heaton Park that receive essential at-home care from local authority and private health and social care providers, and we will do everything we can to ensure these services can continue as normal during the events.

 

A resident parking permit zone and road closures will be in place on all concert days, which may affect visiting care staff. Carers visiting clients who live within the resident permit zone, and who need to park during the events, can request visitor parking permits via the online form. Permits can only be issued to organisations or businesses, so we ask that a single request is made on behalf of all staff.

 

When road closures come into force, a valid visitor permit is required to access closures, when it is safe to do so. During peak egress, vehicles may be required to wait at a closure point until it is safe to access by car, or park nearby and walk, depending on crowd conditions.
