Road Closures
There will be road closures and other traffic management measures, including clearways and one way systems, in operation on all concert days (20th - 21st June 2026). These are there to ensure the safety of event customers, other pedestrians and road users, when crowds are leaving the event.

Road Closure Map
A map showing the planned road closures and other traffic management plans will be available on this page closer to the event. It will also be included in the mailing to residents w/c 1st June.

Access With Permits
Where possible, and when it is safe to do so, stewards and staff at road closures will allow vehicles displaying the correct permit to access residential streets. This applies to closures that are in place to protect streets within the permit zone from non-resident parking.
Key road closures are implemented for public safety and cannot be accessed by vehicle at certain times, when large crowds of concert goers are leaving the event. This includes Sheepfoot Lane and sections of Bury Old Road, Middleton Road and Scholes Lane where vehicle access will not be permitted to ensure the safety of pedestrians.
We always do our best to lift road closures as soon as it is safe to do so and will facilitate access for residents whenever it is safe to do so. Please follow the instructions of stewards and traffic management staff at all times. They are there to manage crowd movement and keep residents and event-goers safe.

Closer to the events, additional access information for specific roads, will be available to help residents of these areas understand the best routes to access their homes by car during the closures.
